Once you have completed the student questionnaire, SpeedyTutor will email you access to the student’s portal.  Once you’ve signed up, you can schedule sessions based on your availability in our “Tutor Directory” page.

Are the tutors at SpeedyTutor qualified and experienced?

Absolutely! We have a rigorous screening process to ensure that all our tutors are highly qualified and experienced. They possess the necessary academic credentials and are experts in their respective fields.

Can I choose a tutor for my child?

Yes, definitely! We understand the importance of finding the right fit. During the registration process, you can browse through our tutor profiles in our “Tutor Directory” and choose the one that best suits your child’s needs.

What is the duration of each tutoring session?

Each tutoring session with SpeedyTutor typically lasts for one hour. However, we also offer customized session lengths based on your requirements.

How are the tutoring sessions conducted?

All of our sessions are held on LessonSpace. LessonSpace is a platform built for online tutoring and virtual classrooms. After scheduling a session, the student will receive a confirmation email that has their tutoring sessions details, and a “Join Space” link to meet with the tutor at the time of the session. 

What if my child needs help with multiple subjects?

Not a problem! SpeedyTutor offers tutoring in multiple subjects. You can schedule sessions for different subjects, and we’ll ensure your child is paired with tutors who specialize in those areas.

Can I reschedule or cancel a tutoring session?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a tutoring session through the scheduling portal. We understand that life can be unpredictable. Just make sure to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll assist you accordingly.

Is there a minimum commitment required for tutoring services?

We offer flexible tutoring options with no long-term commitment required. You have the freedom to schedule sessions as needed, whether it’s for occasional help or ongoing support.

How are the tutoring rates determined?
