We’re certain that you’ll find a tutor who is a good fit for your needs, but if you don’t, your first hour with a new tutor is covered by SpeedyTutor’s Assurance of a Perfect Fit Guarantee.
This means that if you meet with a tutor and decide that he or she is not a suitable fit for your tutoring requirements after the first lesson, we will refund you for the first hour of the lesson. This policy applies to any initial lesson with a new teacher and does not apply to lessons with a tutor with whom you have previously attended lessons.
If you are dissatisfied with a lesson, please let us know and we will refund you for the first hour. Our Customer Support team can assist you in locating another tutor who meets your specific requirements.
