SpeedyTutor has a specific team dedicated to reviewing tutors' submitted qualifications before the tutors are listed on speedytutor.com. In order to be considered for a listing on the platform, tutors have to complete a rigorous registration process. 

 

1. After signing up, the prospective tutor will be directed to complete their profile. 

2. Tutors will need to complete their personal information, adding a profile picture, introduction video, and a profile description under the 'English' tab. 

3. Tutors will need to select the tutors they would like to tutor, and languages they speak. 

4. Tutors will need to add their hourly rates for each subject. Keep in mind, SpeedyTutor has a range of $20-100 per hour. 

5. Tutors will need to add their experience. This includes education qualifications, work experience, and certificates they may have received. 

6. Lastly, the tutor will need to update their skills. Tutors will need to add accents, tutoring level, student ages they prefer to tutor, what the lessons entail, and any test prep courses they would like to tutor. 

 

We ask our prospective tutors to be thorough as possible. We want you to help gain business and help students succeed.  

 

Tutors are automatically accepted on our platform. However, our team will manually review the information to ensure the tutor's qualifications meet SpeedyTutor's standards. If they do not, SpeedyTutor will not list their services on the SpeedyTutor platform.

 

Please note that since tutors are independent, we do not require them to purchase or provide a background check in order to be listed on SpeedyTutor.
