There are two ways a background check can be ordered. The cost of a background check is $34.99.

 

1. The tutor themselves runs a background check on themselves, this is optional.

2. The student requests a background check on the tutor. 

 

If a student requests a background check on a tutor and the tutor denies to complete the background check, SpeedyTutor will delete that specific tutor's account. The reason for this is that we believe in operating a safe online tutoring platform for our students.
