If you would like to delete your account with SpeedyTutor, please follow the steps. 

 

1. On the homepage, hover over your profile picture, select settings. 

 

2. You will be directed to Account Settings in your dashboard where you will see the option, "Delete My Account".

3. After selecting "Delete My Account", you will be prompted with this message before losing your data permanently.

 

4. Lastly select, "Delete My Account" and your account will be deleted. 

 

After deleting your account, Customer Support will ensure that your account balance is resolved, and will then reach out to you via the email associated with your account to confirm that your account has been closed. If you'd like to reopen your SpeedyTutor account at a later date, you may do so by registering again on the website.
