This means that if you meet with a tutor and decide that he or she is not a suitable fit for your tutoring requirements after the first lesson, we will refund you for the first hour of your first lesson. This policy applies to any initial lesson with a new teacher and does not apply to lessons with a tutor with whom you have previously attended lessons.
