If you canceled before 4 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, you will receive a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund. 

 

In an event of a no show, we will refund 50% of your lesson. At SpeedyTutor, we value the time and effort of our tutors. In an event of a cancellation fee dispute, SpeedyTutor supports the tutor in most cases. If there is an unusual circumstance, we will look over each case as thoroughly as possible in order to make an exception for a full refund. Please reach out to Customer Support. Our team will respond to your request within 48-72 hours.
